The Treatment Description

Based on the changes in the skin and the effect we want to achieve, we also choose the appropriate type of chemical peels. First of all, they have a different composition, from fruit acids to stronger ones such as salicylic and mandelic acid, lipoic acid, lactobionic acid, and others.
The treatment is performed on the clean skin, cleansed of makeup, impurities, and excess sebum. Depending on the skin, a gentle exfoliation and removal of impurities with a special tool can be performed first, after which the excess sebum is removed so that the acid has a proper and even effect. The appropriate preparation is applied with a special brush once or several times, and the process is repeated based on the client’s requirements. A mild to moderate burning sensation is normal at this stage, lingering for a very short time. After that, the chemical peel is removed or neutralized, sometimes the region must be under occlusion for a better effect, but of course all that is individual, depending on the individual client’s requirements.
After that, a soothing mask is applied to calm the skin, and a hydrating cream is mandatory, helping to soothe and hydrate the skin. If it is done during sunny periods, a cream with a protective factor of 50 SPF is a must and we apply it so that you are safe until you arrive at your home.
